Letter from the founder.

I am not someone who is particularly predisposed to risk, top that off to risk intertwined with money: I’ll hesitate. However, after a 10-year, reasonably successful career in real estate, a shot-off after a stint as a News Reporter at ITP’s Construction Week, Dubai, I took a pause to deliberate.

Most of this time was spent reading, Traveling, or doing nothing. However, much to my surprise, a string of real estate transactions plopped on my lap. The excitement of a closing, the persuasion in heightened conversations and deliberating pros and cons back and forth. Fate then bought me, with minimal resistance as they say when things are meant to be, to the current destination: Semra’s Realty.
